How can I sign up?

If you're an OG (Founding member) you will have a special code to access a further discount based on your sign up fee being less.

If you have a 6 month or 12 month subscription, I have emailed you with a special invite. We will upgrade you for free and then notify you when your subscription is up for renewal.

What's new?

All your favourite features will stay the same such as Coffee Roulette and Hugs & Brunch but in addition we will have dedicated spaces for those just starting out (The Starter Pack) and then for those more established in business (The Boardroom for Flourishers).

As a 'Founder' you will have access to everything you have access to now. So a range of F&F experts, the opportunity to ask questions on topics that you are struggling with, join accountability circles through our monthly goal planning sessions to keep you on track to achieving your goals. plus all of our networking and co-wokring events both online and IRL. This is essentially the original tier with little changes - all the good stuff you know and love but better.

As a 'Flourisher' you will have access to the boardroom where we'll host a regular mastermind covering topics and challenges such as scaling your business, launch strategies and the psychology of sales. You will also be able to promote your own events via our event schedule and your online programmes and courses via our 'F&F starter' section which is accessible to everyone within the wider community.

All members will be able to create their own meet-up communities and sector specific communities.

Will I have to sign up again? Will anything be new for us to log onto?

We have a new website so this means a new payment system, the community will remain on circle but due to migrating to a brand new site we will be asking everyone to activate their account through our new website. We will also be offering you a discount when you resubscribe.

The benefit of this is it will be a much simpler log in and directly connected to Circle so just one platform and just one sign up process.  

What's the difference in value between the tiers?

Here is a breakdown of the features for each tier.

Will the new F&F 2.0 replace the current platform or will it be like an add-on on top of the existing membership?

It's still on Circle and the navigation will be similar, but simpler and more intuitive. So it's more of an upgrade than a replacement.

I have an annual subscription, what does that mean for me? I noticed you're offering a discount to members to re-subscribe.

You won’t need to pay anything for the remainder of the year (until your annual subscription expires). The annual amount you have paid is still less than the discounted amount people are being offered to resubscribe on the monthly tier. Sign up to the starter pack and we will upgrade you and then remind you when it's time to update your payment settings.

I am an OG so signed up when you first opened, what does that mean for me in terms of pricing?

If you are an OG you will be sent a special link with a discount code to provide you with a discount on what you're currently paying (please email us if you haven't received this).

Why do you have to sign up again and was does that mean for my previous membership?

We have a new website which means a new payment system so we will be inviting you to activate your new account from w/c 29th Agust. You will also be invited to join at a special discounted rate. If you are signing up before your previous month has been used up, when you sign up again we will reimburse you the unused amount (within 72 hours) and deactivate your old account.

I get to the payment page and am then redirected to sign in because I already have an account

I'm having issues signing up, I put the code in and go to the payment page but then keep being taken back to the log in page.

Here are steps with direct links:

1. Visit this page and log out by clicking your profile avatar in the top right: https://found-and-flourish-community.circle.so/
2. Now visit the checkout page: https://found-and-flourish-community.circle.so/checkout/founder
3. Use the "Sign in" link at the top of the page
4. Use the bottom white button to sign in. This will require your Circle password. If you don't remember it you can choose "forgot password" to reset it.
5. Once you successfully sign in, you should be redirected to the checkout page. If you are not, you can use the same link from step 2.

If you're signing up with a 15% discount code, this will work on all tiers. If you are using a VIP code...

Please note this code only works on the annual payment tier.

Would love to refer a friend to join and gift a month's membership as a birthday present - would it be possible to do this?

We will be setting up an affiliate option too so you can become an ambassador and earn money when people you recommend sign up, more on this soon.

What happens if I don't re-join?

You will remain on your current payment plan (paying more than the new price) until we close down our original site which will be within the next three months. When this happens you will be transferred to our free tier, designed for anyone in business who is starting out and doesn't yet have the budget to invest in themselves. This tier includes all of our articles, podcast series and resources. If by the 30th September you have not activated your new account, you will automatically be moved to this tier and will lose access to the community, events and video library.
