Antoinette Daniel - Founder, Just Helpers, Justly & Entreplaneurs

Antoinette is a multi-award-winning founder and social entrepreneur on a mission to create fairer, more human-centred ways of doing business. From a career in education to building a million-pound ethical cleaning agency, her journey into entrepreneurship was sparked by a deep commitment to social justice. Today, she leads three purpose-driven ventures: Just Helpers, a cleaning agency championing the London Living Wage; Justly, a tech platform revolutionising the cleaning industry; and Entreplaneurs, a community empowering women in business.

​A passionate advocate for care leavers and underserved communities, Antoinette is reshaping what success looks like through ethical leadership, systems change, and purpose-fuelled growth

Dan Flanagan, Founder of Dad La Soul and TED Speaker

Dan is a trailblazing community-builder and the founder of Dad La Soul, a social enterprise on a mission to tackle social isolation and redefine fatherhood. A TED speaker and creative campaigner, Dan uses storytelling, events, and advocacy to connect dads across generations and challenge outdated narratives around masculinity, parenting, and mental health. Through his work, he’s inspiring a more inclusive, connected future - one dad at a time.

Sara is the Co-founder and CEO of Second Voice, a sales strategy partner helping B2B organisations expand into new markets. A social entrepreneur at heart, Sara previously founded The Good Business Club, a national network for purpose-led businesses, which was acquired after five years of community-driven growth.

​With a background in purposeful business, resilience-building, and non-traditional career pathways, Sara now champions inclusive sales practices and supports the next generation of entrepreneurs as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Sussex.

Megan Stephens, GenZ Founder of social media agency Sochelle

Megan Stephens is a Brighton-based neurodivergent entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and founder of digital marketing agency Sochelle. With a background in startups, psychology, and social media strategy, Megan is on a mission to create impact through unconventional platforms and authentic community building. A COP26 keynote speaker and Google Campus-endorsed advisor, Megan is passionate about championing sustainability, neurodiversity, and the next generation of business leadership.

Toni Finnimore, Founder of The Social Society

Toni is the founder of The Social Society, a community-powered movement that connects purpose-led people and businesses with impactful grassroots causes. With a background in charity leadership and community organising, Toni has built a platform that champions collective action, local impact, and conscious leadership. She’s passionate about doing good differently - putting people at the heart of sustainable social change.
